The vision of The Global Institute of Social Work (GISW) is to deliver quality social work training wherever in the world it is needed the most. Our goal is to provide readily available, cost-effective, and culturally appropriate training in various fields of social work.

ICSD 2019 Conference @ Yogyakarta
The ICSD Conference dealt with SDGs, social development and social change at all levels. Prof James Herbert Williams gave the Shanti Khinduka Lecture.

2018
GISW hosted the Study tour of social workers from LingnanSocial Services in Guangzhou, China.
Led by Mr Guo Weixin and Sandy Wu the 20 members delegation visited social services, including AMKFSC, Care Corner, PAVE, Social Service Training Institute and the National University of Singapore.
